Amico is in the process of obtaining regulatory approvals for approximately 200 acres contained within the Wallace Woods Master Plan Community. The Wallace Woods Master Plan Community has been designed to protect the approximate 200 acres of wooded area that exists. In addition the design calls for naturalization of areas so that the woodlots will be connected to one another by a naturalized storm water management system and some areas of new planting.
