Amico Properties Inc. and Fengate Capital, an asset management company based out of Toronto, Ontario have formed a partnership in the Seniors' Housing Industry to build, own and operate retirement homes across the Province. Operating under the name of Seasons Retirement Communities, the existing portfolio includes eight Retirement Homes across southwestern Ontario and one Long Term Care Facility in Ottawa.

It is expected that the number of facilities within the portfolio will increase to 20 within the next three years. The Retirement Living vision of Seasons is to design, build and operate quality, state-of the art seniors' housing communities. While the number of facilities under the Seasons umbrella may increase over time, the service offered will remain personal and individual.
